To Gather is a project for an evolutionary table capable of accommodating multiple configurations depending on its intended role. Resting upon four legs—each representing a distinct entity—the table embodies the Portuguese tradition of gathering around a horizontal surface. Each vertical figure carries its own particularities, yet together, once assembled, they give rise to an elevated horizontal plane.

To Gather is part of the furniture collection we have been developing, one that places in tension the relationship between domestic objects and their figurative character.
